Journals of Annabelle Johnson 1888-1963 Annabelle Graham was born in Burnside on January 31, 1888. She married Alfred Johnson in 1905 and they had five children: Byron, Weldon, Esther, Mable and Homer. Weldon and Mable both died young. Alfred and Annabelle lived in Burnside until 1956, when they moved to Upper Stewiacke. Annabelle kept a diary from 1954 to 1963 (except for one year, 1954). She died May 3, 1963. Her diaries were transcribed from originals in by her Judy Miller of Upper Stewiacke in 2001. Judy is married to Leon Miller, a grandson of Annabelle and Alfred Johnson. |
